What if the item I ordered is out of stock?
We make every attempt to keep the inventory accurate in our systems and prevent you from being able to order merchandise we do not have. In the event that we have an inaccuracy in our system and your order is not in stock you will be notified as soon as possible by e-mail or phone. We will assist you in selecting another item.
How do I change my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible for you to change it prior to dispatch.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes, check out our size guide for fitting tips & to determine your correct size. When we think a shoe’s size may not adhere to the stated conversion, we have done our best to determine the correct corresponding size. Please read the ‘fit tip’ when it appears.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped we will send you a unique tracking number, which you can use to track the progress of your parcel.
Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
